Pay
and Incentives
Stylists typically average $24-$35/hr including base pay + tips + incentives + insurance + 401k. Our top stylists earn even more!
- Higher base pay for Full-Time Flex Stylists (32+ hours/week)
- Weekend Bonus for working Saturday and Sunday shifts

Job Requirements and Availability
- A valid IL cosmetology or barber license
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
