Pay and Incentives
Stylists typically earn between $24–$35/hr, including base pay, tips, incentives, insurance, and 401k. Top stylists earn even more.
- Higher base pay for Full-Time Flex Stylists (32+ hours/week)

Job Requirements and Availability
- A valid IL cosmetology or barber license
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Candidates with availability limited to early mornings or weekdays only will not be a good fit for this role.
