As an Assistant Salon Manager, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations, development of team members (hair stylists), and creating a positive, welcoming environment for both clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing and supervising salon operations
Support and develop hair stylists and team members
Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
Participate in recruiting, training, and onboarding new staff
Collaborate with the Salon Manager to meet revenue and sales goals
Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the team
Qualifications
Valid state cosmetology or barber license
Previous leadership experience preferred
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of beauty products sold in-store
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
