Cookie Cutters at Norterra, one of the busiest salons in the city, is NOW looking for Barbers, Hair Stylists, and Cosmetologists to join our team! Bring your Hairstylist or Barber talents to a place where they will be appreciated not only by your clients but also your fellow coworkers and ownership! You will also have opportunity for career advancement that most Hair Stylists or Barbers won’t get as we expand and grow across Phoenix!
What we offer:
-Competitive hourly pay on weekdays, and extra hourly pay on weekends because we appreciate that you work weekends, and don’t just expect it like other salons
-No late nights (We close at 7 on weekdays and 5 on weekends)
-More Holidays off than most Barbers or Hair Stylists (We are closed Mother’s Day, 4th of July, Christmas Eve, Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving and New Year’s to name a few)
-On track earnings of $25 an hour or more with excellent tips from our loyal client base, (current staff members earning over $33 an hour)
-Commission and bonus opportunities (Monthly commissions for retail sales, annual commissions for service sales)
-A fun, safe, clean work atmosphere that any Hair Stylist or Barber would love!
