Interview Process

Role Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated client experience from the moment a guest enters the lounge.
- Communicate clearly with clients to ensure alignment on grooming preferences.
- Perform men’s grooming services – precision cuts, beard trims, styling, shaves, color services, waxing, and relaxing scalp/hand/arm massages.
- Maintain accurate client notes and utilize the POS system with care.
- Support retail, membership, and service recommendations through expert education.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Role Requirements
- Valid Georgia Cosmetology or Barber license.
- Strong client service and communication skills.
- Minimum one year of salon or barbershop experience.
- Expertise in men’s grooming, including modern haircuts and beard care.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work with precision in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment.
