Job Description:
– Provide exceptional haircuts and grooming services to our clients
– Build and maintain a loyal client base by delivering outstanding customer service
– Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques through our continuing education programs
– Collaborate with a team of passionate and talented stylists in a fun, upbeat environment
– Promote Knockouts’ signature experience and hero products
– Take part in our stylist growth program, with opportunities to advance to leadership roles
-Efficiently calculate service totals and record client notes using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
Requirements:
– Valid Cosmetology or Barber license
– Proven experience as a hairstylist
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– Passion for men’s grooming and staying current with industry trends
– Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
– Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a desire to grow and succeed
