We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about hair styling and customer satisfaction. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients’ appearance and boosting their confidence through your expertise. We are a Kevin.Murphy boutique salon with abundant clientele.
**Responsibilities**
– Perform a variety of hair styling services including cutting, coloring, and treatments based on clients’ preferences and needs.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to offer innovative services.
– Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients’ requests and ensuring their satisfaction with the final results.
– Communicate effectively with clients to understand their expectations and provide professional advice on hair care routines.
**Requirements**
– PA state cosmetology license.
– 1+ years behind the chair experience.
– Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing various hair styling techniques.
– In-depth knowledge of color theory, hair care products, and trends in the beauty industry.
– Must have some existing clientele.
– Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
** Pay and Benefits **
– You will receive 50% commission and 10% commission on products over $100 sold.
