We are seeking a Licensed Cosmetologist who embodies our values of creativity, teamwork, and excellence. Responsibilities:
Perform top-tier hair services including cutting, styling, coloring (including balayage and fashion colors), and blowouts.
Apply various hair treatments and manage extensions.
Conduct personalized hair consultations to perfectly align with client expectations and the latest trends.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Leverage social media to showcase your work and engage with clients, enhancing our vibrant online presence.
Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and effective follow-up.
Qualifications:
Must possess a valid Cosmetology License.
Proven experience in hairstyling and advanced coloring techniques is a plus, though not required for newly licensed cosmetologists.
Energetic, artistic personality with strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
Flexible with working hours, including availability for weekend shifts.
Pay:
This position offers a competitive commission-based pay structure, or booth rental, supplemented by tips and retail commissions, with potential annual earnings ranging from $65,000 to $90,000.
