We are looking for a talented and experienced Hair Stylist to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hair color and styling services and provide exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for clients. You will utilize your expertise in color theory and styling techniques to enhance the beauty and confidence of our clientele.
Responsibilities
Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, specialty coloring, extensions, and styling.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair fashion and techniques to offer clients innovative styles.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment, including workstations and tools.
Promote retail products to clients, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance their experience.
Assist with front desk operations as needed, including greeting clients and answering inquiries.
Skills
Proficient in hair styling techniques with a strong understanding of color theory.
Strong customer service skills are a must.
Social media savvy– able to assist in taking content to provide to our marketing team
Familiarity with salon software systems for appointment management and customer records.
Ability to upsell services and products while maintaining a positive client experience.
A valid cosmetology license is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
