We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shampoo Assistant to join our dynamic salon team. Duties
Provide high-quality shampooing and conditioning services to clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Assist stylists with hair treatments, including scalp massages and product application.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shampoo area, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized and readily available.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit.
Support stylists in various tasks as needed, including preparing tools and products for hair services.
Stay updated on current trends in hair care, styling techniques, and product knowledge to better assist clients.
Mentor junior staff or interns in proper shampooing techniques and salon protocols when necessary.
Qualifications
Experience or training in hair styling, barbering, or cosmetology is preferred.
Strong understanding of color theory and retail math is a plus.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Knowledge of eyelash extensions is beneficial but not required.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Willingness to learn new techniques and stay current with industry trends.
