We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. Duties
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
Demonstrate proficiency in various techniques such as highlighting & balayage.
Maintain knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for clients.
Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Ensure a clean and organized workspace while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their concerns.
Stay current with industry trends and techniques through ongoing education and training.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment.
Strong skills in hair styling, color application, blowdrying, & blinding technique. But will train to specialize in it.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Familiarity with salon software is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
A valid cosmetology license is required.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Pay: $15.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
