We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hair styling techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients through various hair care services. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior stylists and contribute to a positive salon environment. We’re a salon specializing in two distinct areas—styling and coloring. When you join us, you’ll be hired specifically for the area that best matches your strengths: either color or cut.
Duties
Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, coloring, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Utilize techniques for precision cuts and styles.
Apply hair extensions with skill and expertise to enhance client hairstyles.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Assist in retail sales by promoting hair care products that complement the services provided.
Mentor junior stylists by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster their professional growth.
Experience
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
Valid Cosmetology license
Strong skills in hair styling, hair color, hair care, and retail sales are essential.
Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
A passion for continuous learning and staying updated on the latest trends in hair care and styling techniques.

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
