Looking for a booth rent stylist to join our team! We have been an established salon for over 30 years in the heart of Point Loma, Shelter Island. This salon just went under new ownership in 2023 by a current full time stylist who knows and LOVES the industry and recently renamed and rebranded the space for a totally new look and feel with a modern coastal decor. This salon and spa offers a wide range of services; hair, skin, brows, lashes, nails, and massage! Everyone definitely has an opportunity to grow and build clientele if that is desired with an ability to create your own schedule and have flexibility around your personal needs. You will book your own clients and have your own pricing as well as check out your own services by whatever system or forms of payments you like best. *We have plenty of parking in front and behind the salon as well as street parking
*wifi & built in music system with streaming

*backbar with Aveda, UNITE, and ELEVEN and towels/ capes laundered on site

*large salon station for storage as well as back room cabinet space
*break room with fridge/ microwave and lockers to store purses and personal belongings
Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
– Perform hair styling services such as cutting, coloring, extensions, and styling
– Assist with sales of salon products and services to clients
Skills:
– Strong knowledge and experience in hair styling techniques
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Have established your own clientele… you will get some call and walk ins but MUST have some of your own clientele as a base
