Responsibilities:
– Provide hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling
– Perform hair extensions techniques as requested by clients
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling
– Provide mentoring and guidance to junior stylists
– Upsell salon products and services to clients
– Use salon software, such as VAGARO, to manage appointments and client information
Skills:
– Proficient in a wide range of hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling
– Knowledge of hair extensions techniques
– Familiarity with store management tasks, such as inventory management and scheduling
– Strong upselling skills to promote salon products and services
– Proficient in using salon software, such as VAGARO, for appointment management and client information tracking
– Familiarity with color theory for accurate color matching and blending
