We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Salon Assistant to be an essential part of our team. Key Responsibilities:
– Client Services: Perform shampooing and blowouts, assist with color applications, and ensure clients receive top-tier care.
– Salon Support: Help stylists with various salon services, ensuring seamless operations.
– Customer Experience: Greet and check in clients, schedule appointments, and provide outstanding customer service.
– Salon Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness, including laundry, sweeping, and light cleaning duties.
– Inventory & Organization: Assist with supply management and restocking to keep the salon running smoothly.
– Multi-tasking & Teamwork: Adapt to various tasks with efficiency, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
Requirements:
– High school Diploma
– Aspiring cosmetologist, or have previous salon experience
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance
