** Job Description (Stylist)*
* – Deliver professional hair services and recommend customers the most suitable styles during consultation
– Build and maintain strong client base of loyal customers
– Provide both men and ladies’ hair services (includes chemical services such as colouring, keratin, scalp treatment, etc.)
– Manage salon’s daily operations
– Diligent, motivated and demonstrates
professionalism
– Minimum 3 years of experience
** Job Description (Consultant)*
* – Provide professional scalp analysis, listen and recommend appropriate products / services that are customised to suit customer’s needs and conditions
– Establish and maintain strong client base of loyal customers
– Motivated in achieving individual and outlet sales target
– Perform basic
hands-on
treatments when necessary
– Other duties as assigned
– Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience
** Job Description (Receptionist)*
* – Greet and welcome customers warmly at the front desk
– Confident and good communicator to arrange appointment bookingsser
– Reply enquires, provide basic & accurate information via messaging platform(s)
– General housekeeping and closing of account
– Manage complaints calmly, professionally whilst updating management promptly
– Past experiences in customer services is an advantage
– Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience
