We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team.
This is an independent role. Meaning you are responsible for the money you earn. We do not pay you. You are paid from the service you provide to the clients. You will have a weekly amount due to the company for providing space to operate your services. The amount will be discuss during the interviewing process.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and skills while providing exceptional hair services to our valued clients.
Duties
Perform a variety of hair services tailored to individual client preferences.
Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client management, and inventory tracking.
Provide expert advice on hair care products and techniques to enhance client satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and hair extensions to provide clients with innovative options.
Engage in retail sales by promoting salon products that complement the services provided.
Experience
Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Familiarity with retail math to assist in managing product sales effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience in store management is a plus but not required.
Knowledge of salon software systems is advantageous.
Skills in makeup application, eyelash extensions, and hair extensions are highly desirable.
