Responsibilities
Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling, tailored to meet individual client needs.
Apply knowledge of color theory to achieve desired hair color results.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide expert advice on hair care products.
Engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided, while practicing upselling techniques.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license or certification from an accredited institution.
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a portfolio showcasing your work.
Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs..
Ability to sanitize tools and maintain a clean workspace consistently.
Experience in retail sales is advantageous, particularly in upselling beauty products.
A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on current trends and techniques.
