We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. Duties
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling according to client preferences.
Apply makeup as requested by clients, enhancing their overall look.
Utilize techniques such as eyelash extensions, hair threading, and straight razor cuts to meet diverse client needs.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in compliance with health regulations.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Use salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
Assist in retail sales by promoting hair care products that complement services provided.
Mentor junior stylists or interns, sharing knowledge of techniques and best practices.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty.
Experience
Ideal candidates will possess:
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon environment.
Knowledge of color theory to effectively mix and apply hair color.
Familiarity with retail math to assist in inventory management and sales tracking.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
A passion for beauty and fashion trends, with a commitment to continuous learning in the field.

Pay: $15.50 – $16.53 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
