Who we’re looking for:
VERSATILITY – Cutting skills that span all textures/lengths of hair
KNOWLEDGE – Interested in current trends, products, and services
TDLR – Keep a clean and sanitized station
UPBEAT – Professional and positive demeanor
Our pay structure:
Service Commission: 40-45% based on sales
Product Commission: 10% on your check +10% in your PTO bank
Birds covers the cost of running all discounts + promotions
100% of your tips go directly to you on your paycheck

Qualifications:
1+ year of hair cutting experience
Texas State Cosmetology and/or Barber License
