Job Overview:
This is a commission-based role, that offers a unique opportunity for self-driven individuals to showcase their creativity and build a loyal clientele within a vibrant salon environment. We also are hiring for other positions as our assistants move to chairs of their own, please contact us directly if you would like to inquire about such.
Responsibilities:
Client consultations
Hair services (including but not limited to cuts, colors, extensions, styling, braiding)
Continuing hair education within Salon Sienna-based programs
Exceptional customer service
Sanitation and safety
Team Collaboration
Staying on trend and up to date with the trend cycle
Qualifications:
Arizona State Board Cosmetology License
Creativity
Self-motivated
Customer-focused
We are a certified IBE salon, so if you have IBE certification or would like to get one that is a plus!
Compensation:
Commission is based on experience and will be addressed individually, extra earning opportunities include but are not limited to quarterly bonuses based on sales and services.
Opportunity to redeem complimentary hair services (cuts, colors, etc) by owner, quarterly.

Pay: $25.00 – $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
