Job Description:
As a Hairstylist you will play a keyrole in providing professional hair care and styling services toour clients. From classic cuts to trendy hairstyles you will useyour creativity and expertise to deliver personalized servicestailored to each clients preferences and needs. Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation:
Understanding clients needs anddesires discussing hairstyle options and providing recommendationsbased on their hair type face shape andpreferences.
Haircutting and Styling:
Performing haircuts blowouts styling andother hair treatments according to the latest trends and techniqueswhile ensuring clientsatisfaction.
Coloring and Highlights:
Applying hair color highlights lowlightsand other coloring techniques proficiently taking into accountclients skin tone and haircondition.
Hair Treatments:
Administering various hair treatmentssuch as keratin treatments deep conditioning and scalp treatmentsto improve hair health andappearance.
Knowledge of Products:
Being knowledgeable about different haircare products including shampoos conditioners and styling productsand recommending the most suitable ones for clients hair types andconcerns.
Maintaining Cleanliness:
Keeping the salon station and toolsclean and sanitized to ensure a hygienic environment for clientsand colleagues.
Client Retention:
Building rapport with clients providingexcellent customer service and ensuring repeat business throughpersonalized attention and quality hairservices.

Education:
Staying updated with the latest hairtrends techniques and products through continuous

Team
Collaboration:
