Looking for a warm and inviting workplace to take care of your clients? We are a full service Salon and Day Spa with a dynamic front desk staff to coordinate all bookings, schedules and greeting your client. Your clients will also love us for being a one stop shop for all of their beauty and spa wellness needs. We are seeking a talented and passionate stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetology , providing exceptional hair services while ensuring client satisfaction. This role involves not only styling hair but upselling products and services, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Duties
Provide a variety of hair services including cuts, colors, and styling to meet clients’ needs.
Mentor junior stylists by sharing techniques and best practices to enhance their skills.
Upsell hair care products and additional services to clients, enhancing their overall experience.
Sanitize tools and workstations in compliance with health and safety regulations.
participate in teamwork duties, such as laundry and organizing common workspace.
Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs.
Skills
Strong knowledge of cosmetology principles and techniques.
Proficient in mentoring others to foster growth within the team.
Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with sanitation practices to ensure a safe working environment.
Understanding of retail math for managing inventory and sales effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create lasting relationships with clients.

Pay: $35.00 – $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
