Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client management, and inventory tracking.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development.
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
Promote retail products to enhance client satisfaction and boost salon sales.
Apply hair extensions and other specialized techniques as needed.
Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and handling inquiries.
Skills
Proficient in hair styling techniques with a keen eye for detail.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Experience with salon software for efficient appointment management.
Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe working environment.
Ability to mentor and guide less experienced staff members.
Retail sales experience to promote products effectively.
