We are interviewing for experienced stylists! Come work with an amazing team in an inspiring environment with fantastic products! Gervais Salon and Day Spa is a well established company with a high demand for services. We are a proud AVEDA partner and have a strong focus on environmental leadership and community building.
Our Benefits:

Sick pay (every 30 hrs worked earn 1 hr sick pay) – 40 hours per year

Our Compensation:
Starting commission of 35% for first year. Then growth up to 47%
10% commission on Retail (must reach benchmark to receive)
Hourly pay of minimum wage for training, mandatory meetings and if commission ever drops below
