Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Hair Dresser to join our dynamic team at Horizon L.L.C., a leading fitness and beauty company in the Sultanate of Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality hair care services, including hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments, while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Hair Cutting & Styling: Provide a wide range of hair cutting and styling services, from basic trims to advanced styles, ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality results.
Hair Coloring: Expertise in various hair coloring techniques, including highlights, balayage, ombré, and full color applications.
Hair Treatments: Offer professional hair treatments to improve hair health and appearance, such as deep conditioning, keratin treatments, and scalp treatments.
Consultation & Advice: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their preferences, offer expert advice on hairstyles and products, and recommend suitable treatments.
Customer Service: Build strong relationships with clients by providing personalized services, ensuring a positive salon experience, and encouraging repeat business.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest haircare products and trends, and recommend high-quality products to clients for maintaining healthy hair.
Team
Collaboration:
Work effectively with other members of the team, ensuring smooth operation and providing support where needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Hair Dresser or in a similar role, with expertise in hair cutting, coloring, and styling.
Certification in hairdressing from a recognized institution (e.g., CIDESCO, NVQ, or equivalent).
Fluent in English (mandatory);
Arabic is a plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to consult and build rapport with clients.
Excellent attention to detail, with a passion for delivering top-quality service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients efficiently.
