** Key responsibilities include**:
– Greeting clients, providing refreshments and helping to maintain the salon appearance – ensuring the reception area is prepared and presented to the highest standard
– Assisting Stylists and Technicians with client services
– Attending formal in-house training sessions as required
– Assist with completing stock orders and frequently check for product inventory
– Ensuring all clients are attended to while upholding Company’s brand and guidelines at all times
– Educate clients about the existing services that are available
– Provide recommendations for products to clients at the salon
** What are we looking for?*
* – 2-3 years experience is required
– Impeccable grooming and an impressive telephone manner
– Excellent prioritisation skills and high
attention to detail
– Ability to multitask between different tasks at hand while working under pressure during busy periods
– You must be passionate about the hairdressing industry and keen to learn from experienced stylists and technicians
– Stay ahead of hairdressing trends and continually striving to grow
– Ability to adapt to different electronic management systems
