**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for excellent customer service skills and a strong knowledge of hair & color theory; start the new year in a positive upscale salon with high end clientele and high income potential.We are looking for stylists with a following if possible and 2 years or more experience.
**Responsibilities:**
– Provide hair cutting, coloring/ highlights , Brazilian Blow Outs, styling, and other beauty services to clients
– Extensions license a plus
– Comfortable recommending and selling hair products to benefit the clients
– Maintain a clean and organized work space
– Stay updated on beauty trends and techniques
**Requirements:**
– Valid Cosmetology license
– Proficiency in customer service
– Knowledge of color theory for hair color
– Experience with salon software like Phorest, but can be trained.
– Ability to work well with other staff members and bounce ideas
– Strong communication skills to interact with clients effectively
– Knowledge of proper sanitation practices (sanitation)
– Familiarity with hair extensions like tapes, fusions ect.

Pay: $30,000.00 – $55,412.00 per year
