What You Bring to the Chair
2+ years of experience behind the chair
A valid NJ Cosmetology License
Confidence in both cuts and color (we don’t compartmentalize)
A willingness to learn, grow, and take feedback like a pro
A commitment to maintaining a positive, inclusive salon vibe
What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering great hair services—from cuts and color—with skill and care
Listening to your clients and tailoring each experience to their needs
Using Boulevard or similar software to manage appointments and notes
Sharing styling tips and product knowledge to help clients maintain their look
Keeping your station clean and your standards high
Supporting retail sales with authenticity and intention
