About the Role:
As a Hair Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the personal appearance and confidence of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and treatment applications tailored to individual client needs. You will also be expected to stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques to offer innovative solutions to our diverse clientele. Minimum Qualifications:
Valid cosmetology license
3 years’ Proven experience as a hair stylist or designer in a professional setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
3 years’ Experience with advanced hair coloring techniques, such as balayage or ombre.
Familiarity with hair care products and their appropriate applications.
Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences.
Perform hair cutting, coloring, and styling services with precision and creativity.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized.
Stay informed about the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide expert advice.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Skills:
