Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Stylist and/or Master Stylists to join our dynamic team. This is a salary + commission or commission-based position, offering excellent earning potential for motivated stylists.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in cosmetology and a flair for creativity, providing exceptional hair styling services to our diverse clientele. We welcome stylists with or without an existing client base, as we offer opportunities for growth and support in building your clientele.
As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients through expert hair care and styling techniques.
Duties
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
Utilize knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for hair coloring treatments.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Deliver outstanding customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
Assist with retail sales by providing product recommendations based on client needs and preferences.
Experience
Valid cosmetology license is required.
Previous experience in a salon setting is preferred but not mandatory; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Familiarity with retail math to assist in product sales is beneficial.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
A passion for hair styling and staying updated on the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry.
