We are seeking a talented and self-driven Independent Hairstylist to join our team! Must have an established clientele! This is a unique 1099 contractor position where you will operate as an independent business owner with the support of our salon space and resources. We are looking for hairstylists who have their own established book of business and are ready to bring their loyal clientele to a dynamic and professional salon environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality hair cutting,styling services to clients in a professional salon setting.
Maintain and grow your own book of business by retaining existing clients and attracting new ones.
Create custom styles and solutions that align with client needs and desires.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and ensure the highest level of skill and service in your work.
Uphold salon cleanliness and hygiene standards while respecting the salon’s policies and protocols.
Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and professional atmosphere.
