Position Overview:
Sweet & Sassy® Southlake is seeking an energetic and passionate licensed cosmetologist to join our fun, lively team! If you’re high-energy, bubbly, and passionate about creating magical experiences for kids, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Our stylists focus on working with children aged 5 to 12, providing them with haircuts, styling, spa services, and birthday celebrations in a fun, low-stress, and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional haircuts and styling for children, complete with glitter spray, glitter stars, and sweet blowouts or braids.
Deliver kid-friendly spa services, including Sweet Treat manis and pedis, and nail art.
Maintain a fun, upbeat, and lively atmosphere, keeping kids engaged and excited during their visits.
Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families to create memorable, repeatable experiences.
Uphold cleanliness and safety standards for all salon and spa areas.

Licensed Cosmetologist: Required to perform hair and spa services.
