Duties
Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, coloring, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
Perform makeup application and nail care services as needed.
Offer additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions and hair threading.
Sanitize tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe salon environment.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments and maintaining client records using salon software.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty treatments.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations.
Proven experience in hair styling, makeup application, nail care, or related fields is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Knowledge of sanitation practices in a salon setting.
Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and client management is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
