Perfect Distraction Hair Gallery is seeking an experienced Salon Manager/Lead Stylist to oversee daily operations and guide our talented team. The ideal candidate will be a licensed cosmetologist with 3+ years of salon experience, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.
As Salon Manager & Lead Stylist, you’ll ensure smooth salon operations, lead by example, and deliver exceptional service while contributing ideas to drive business growth. Your leadership will be key to maintaining a positive, thriving environment where both our clients and team flourish.

Duties
Lead monthly team meetings to assure team members are aligned with the salon monthly and weekly quotas
Supervise team members to encourage and motivate team members to make sure they are fully engaged and are intentionally working towards their goals.
Serve your team by assisting the team with guest services and accomplishing task throughout the salon. Lead by example and create a culture with high energy and high morale.
Observe team members behaviors and address misconduct and provide proper documentation of observed behaviors
Monitor the application of the safety standards of the salon and legal regulations Motivate, inspire and encourage your team to reach their Key Performance Indicators, perfect their skillset and grow within the brand. Analyze areas of improvement within the salon to improve guest relations, products and revenue
Requirements
License cosmetologist
3+ years of salon experience
Effective communication and customer service skills
Organizational skills and time management skills
Friendly and professional demeanor
Exceptional customer service skills
The ability to assess the situation and analyze information
The ability to work under pressure
Physical fitness and mental stability
The ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule
Ability to multitask
