Positions Available: 1. Hairstylists
Responsibilities:
– Provide a range of hair services, including cuts, Hair extensions k-tips, Braid-less sewing, coloring, styling, and treatments.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hair trends and techniques.
– Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
– Ensure a clean and organized work area.
– Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business. Qualifications:
– Valid cosmetology license in California.
– Previous experience as a hairstylist preferred.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– A passion for the beauty industry and continuous learning.
— 2. Store Manager Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily operations of the salon, ensuring a high level of customer service.
– Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
– Handle inventory management and ordering supplies.
– Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
– Maintain a positive and motivating work environment for the team.
Qualifications: – Previous experience in a management role, preferably in the beauty industry. – Strong leadership and organizational skills.
– Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
– Knowledge of salon operations and retail management.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
