Reporting to the Salon Manager, our stylist contributes to our mission of style by providing hairstyling services in a range of modalities.
Responsibilities
Provide a positive, luxury experience for all clients
Ensure client’s comfort at all times
Perform all hair services
Develop client relationships to retain and expand business by providing consistent delivery of service and product knowledge
Participate in salon activities including staff meetings, promotions, continuing education and trainings
Adhere to compliance regulations for all Federal and State guidelines related to professional licensing
Report damaged equipment to management
Qualifications

Possession of an active Tennessee State cosmetology license
Service minded
Ability to analyze client needs and hair to select the best product & style, as well as market the chosen products
Active listening skills and high attention to detail
Previous successful work experience is a plus
