Responsibilities
Perform high-quality blowouts, updos, extensions, keratins, treatments and similar salon services.
Engage with affluent clientele, ensuring satisfaction and upholding the salon’s proud reputation.
Participate in training programs to continually enhance skills and stay updated in current techniques.
Collaborate with our exceptional, well-experienced team to maintain a vibrant and upscale environment.
Requirements
A valid Cosmetology or Barber License.
A professional demeanor, engaging personality, and a commitment to delivering top-tier service.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
A good work ethic and commitment to a 35-to-45-hour workweek.

Compensation & Benefits
Starting hourly pay for full time stylists is $15.00/hr (our starting stylists typically earn between $30-$40/hr, or $60,000-$80,000 your first year)
