Responsibilities
Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and styling services using various techniques including straight razor shaving.
Perform nail care services as needed, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation throughout the process.
Offer hair extension and eyelash extension services with precision and care.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to sanitation standards at all times.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
Stay informed about the latest trends in hairstyling, barbering techniques, and retail math to effectively manage product sales.
Skills
Proficient in barbering techniques with a solid understanding of hair cutting and styling.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both staff and clients.
