Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in barbering techniques and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every client leaves feeling satisfied and confident. This role involves providing high-quality haircuts, styling, and grooming services while maintaining a welcoming environment for clients.
Responsibilities
Perform various barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims to meet client specifications.
Provide hair styling services and offer recommendations based on clients’ preferences and hair types.
Sanitize tools and work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Utilize Square software to manage appointments, track client preferences, and process payments efficiently.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Assist with front desk operations as needed, including greeting clients as they walk in and/or bookings.
Skills
Proficient in barbering techniques with a strong understanding of hair styling trends.
Familiarity with Square software for appointment management and client tracking.
Strong upselling skills to promote additional services effectively.
Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and understand their needs.
Ability to sanitize tools properly and maintain hygiene standards in the salon environment.
