With Commissions of up to 60%(!!) Arizona Hair Company is actively hiring licensed Hairstylists. We cover the entire Valley- from Queen Creek to Scottsdale to Surprise. We have opportunities at many of our 14 salons. Many of our team members hit the 60% commission each pay period. This is an employee position with ongoing training and benefits in a family-owned company established in 1978. Come make your future with us! (We do not offer rental or contractor chairs – we are 100% W2 employee based).Our goal is to hire part-time hairstylists with the potential to grow. We hire part time to fill up your books and then add additional hours + days from there as you grow and get busier.
Compensation
Out of this world commission up to 60% with unlimited potential
First 90 days from start date, Arizona Hair will guarantee minimum $16 per hour while a new stylist is building their clientele. After that 90 days is complete, the hourly reverts back to Arizona state requirement of $14.70 per hour. This is commission or hourly – $16 per hour or Commission, whichever is higher. Shift requirements must be met – inquire with us!

No retail product goals! We don’t expect you to push unnecessary products, but we do expect you to educate your clients on healthy methods of taking care of their new style, which should include offering what we have in product lines

Requirements
A valid Arizona Cosmetology Hairstylist and/or Barber License
Outstanding Customer Service, Communication, & Time Management Skills
Ability to work in a team
Eager to continuously learn
Willing to learn computer and technology
