Responsibilities
- Deliver practical and theoretical training in professional hairdressing.
- Teach haircutting, coloring, bleaching, highlighting, styling, chemical treatments, keratin, rebonding, perming, hair spa, scalp care, and other salon techniques.
- Demonstrate correct use of professional tools, equipment, and hair products.
- Assess students’ practical skills and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare lesson plans, practical demonstrations, and training materials.
- Ensure students follow salon hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Support students in building confidence and developing industry-ready skills.
- Maintain training equipment and ensure the classroom remains organized.
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
- Assist with student assessments, examinations, and certification requirements.
- Support promotional workshops, seminars, and training events when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2‑3 years of professional experience as a Hair Trainer or Senior Hair Stylist.
- Strong knowledge of modern haircutting, coloring, styling, and chemical treatment techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to conduct engaging practical demonstrations.
- Professional certification in Hairdressing or a related field is preferred.
- Previous training or teaching experience is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with UAE salon standards and industry practices is preferred.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
