Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and skills while providing exceptional hair care services to our valued clients. You will be responsible for delivering a range of hair styling services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to a positive salon environment.
Duties
Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
Utilize knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results in hair coloring and highlights.
Perform hair extensions and hair threading techniques as requested by clients.
Offer makeup application services to enhance clients’ overall appearance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends in hairstyling and beauty techniques.
Use salon software for appointment scheduling, client records, and inventory management.
Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
Experience
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment is preferred.
Proficiency in various hairstyling techniques including barbering, hair extensions, and nail care is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of color theory and application methods for effective hair coloring.
Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others look their best.
Familiarity with salon software is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
