Job Description:
Client Consultation:
Provide personalized advice and treatment plans based on individual needs.
Hair and Scalp & Hand and Leg Soaking Treatments:
Perform specialized treatments such as scalp massages, deep conditioning, and therapeutic masks.
Use advanced machinery and techniques to address hair and scalp concerns.
Prepare and administer hand and leg-soaking treatments using prickly pear puree and other natural ingredients.
Explain the benefits of prickly pear puree (e.g., hydration, anti-inflammatory properties) to clients.
Education
and Guidance:
Educate clients on proper hair care routines, including washing and conditioning techniques.
Educate clients on the benefits of leg-soaking therapies and how they complement overall
wellness
.
Advise on lifestyle and dietary changes that may impact hair health.
Stay updated on the latest trends, products, and technologies in hair therapy.
Product Knowledge
:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of hair care products and their benefits.
Recommend and retail products to clients for at-home maintenance.
Client Relationship
Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Follow up with clients to track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Sanitation and Safety:
Ensure all tools and work areas are clean, sanitized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment environment.
Job Requirements:
Similar industries and 2-3 years relevant experience
Proven work experience or similar position will be added advantage
Having basic knowledge of TCM will be a plus.
Candidates who are willing to learn and work hard and have a good working attitude.
Self-motivated and good interpersonal skills.
Willing to provide good customer service.
Able to work during weekends.
Able to work retail shift hours between 10am-10pm.
