Schedule:
Work a full 40-hour week, with a mix of shifts to cover the opening hours of the business.
What We Offer:
£12-£18 per hour (based on experience)

Your Responsibilities:
Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI&GUY hairdressing experience for each client
Build and expand your client base while fostering strongclient loyalty
Enhanceclient satisfactionby recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through extensive hairdressingproduct knowledge
Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed TONI&GUY brand
Champion the Super brand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation
Take advantage ofcomprehensive trainingopportunities at our Academy to enhance your hairdressing skills andadvance your careerwith TONI&GUY

Demonstrate expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise cuts and styles
Bringartistic visionto life by understanding clients’ preferences and creating stunning hairstyles
Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term relationships with clients
Manage a busy schedule efficiently, handlingdiverseclient needs withflexibilityand meeting deadlines consistently
