As a Hair Stylist, you will have the opportunity to create beautiful hairstyles, provide consultations, and further build lasting relationships with your clients in our welcoming spa environment.
Responsibilities
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate services.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques to offer innovative solutions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and spa area.
Utilize spa software for appointment scheduling, client management, and inventory tracking.
Promote retail products to clients based on their individual hair care needs.
Assist in training junior stylists or interns as needed.
Uphold all health and safety regulations within the spa.
Experience
Must have: Valid cosmetology or barbering license.
Must have: An established clientele to bring to Lotus Med Spa.
Previous experience in a salon or spa environment is highly preferred.
Knowledge of color theory and hair threading techniques is a plus.
Familiarity with retail math and sales strategies for promoting products effectively.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience with nail care services is advantageous but not essential.
Proficiency in using spa software for efficient operations is desirable.
