– Utilize salon software to schedule appointments and maintain client records
– Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
– Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
– Perform eyelash extensions, nail care, and other beauty services as needed
– Drive retail sales by recommending appropriate hair care products
– Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work
– Proficiency in using salon software for appointment booking and client management
– Knowledge of retail math for product sales and inventory management
– Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
– Ability to upsell services and products to increase revenue
– Experience in eyelash extensions, nail care, or other beauty services is a plus
– Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
