As a Premier Stylist, you will provide a full range of hair services, including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments, while delivering an unparalleled client experience. Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments, tailored to each client’s individual needs and preferences.
Conduct thorough consultations to understand client goals and recommend appropriate services and products.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work station.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Build and maintain a strong clientele through excellent service and client retention strategies.
Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge through continuing education and industry events.
Promote and sell salon retail products.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Participate in salon meetings and events.
Manage appointment scheduling and client records.

Qualifications:
Valid cosmetology license.
