Plush Rose Blowout Bar is a boutique style salon that specializes in blowouts and other specialty services. We are currently looking to add a Hair Stylist / Blowout Expert to our Stylist team. The Hair Stylist / Blowout Expert is responsible for providing quality blowouts and other salon services while providing excellent client experiences for every guest that comes into the salon. The successful candidate will have strong integrity, be trustworthy, knowledgeable, composed, approachable and have a passion for making guests look and feel their best.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform client consultations
Shampoo, blow-dry, and style client’s hair following Plush Rose Blowout Bar standards
Understand, know and study all salon products
Recommend product, tools, and memberships to clients
Complete salon upkeep work; including but not limited to cleaning, sweeping, inventory, cleaning ALL combs and brushes and restocking product shelves
Understand, follow, and strive to uphold Benchmarks
Consistent performance of responsibilities
Attend any mandatory salon meetings
Be on time and punctual each day/shift
Be nice and be humble
Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent
Georgia Licensed stylist, strongly preferred
1+ year of related experience preferred
Commitment to excellent customer service
Strong active listening and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to make good first impressions and maintain client and colleague relationships
Ability to maintain composure and professionalism
Ability to work independently and with a team
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing
