Hours Worked: Typically 15 hours/week, 7am – 12:30pm, Tuesday to Thursday. Must be flexible.
Compensation: $20/hour (subject to variation based on factors)
Position Summary
The Hairstylist executes protocols on panelists’ hair.
Responsibilities
Follow study instructions, apply products consistently.
Perform comparison evaluations via half head testing.
Provide objective hair product performance evaluations.
Assess hair health and aesthetics, articulate product performance insights.
Assist with protocol development and standardization.
Identify reference products for attributes.
Style diverse hair types confidently.
Drive qualitative understanding of product usage.
Participate in consultations and brainstorming sessions.
Provide calibration work on mannequins and live subjects.
Communicate effectively about hair science and user experience.
Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory policies.
Other duties as assigned.
