Responsibilities:
* Hair Services Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency as a hair design pro, including but not limited to Highlights, Balayage, Cutting, Blowouts, and Styling. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques within the industry. * Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and personalized consultations. Ensure client satisfaction and retention through excellent communication and execution of desired styles. * Self-Starter Mentality: Take initiative in managing your daily schedule and workflow within the salon. Be proactive in attracting and retaining new walk-ins and call-in clients, contributing to the overall success of the salon. * Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with coworkers to create a positive and supportive work environment. Share knowledge and techniques with colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning. * Punctuality: Demonstrate consistent punctuality in all aspects of your role, including client appointments, team meetings, and other salon-related activities. * Professionalism: Uphold a high standard of professionalism and maintain a neat and tidy workspace. Adhere to salon policies and standards, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and team members. * Financial Goal Orientation: Display a strong desire to maximize income potential. Qualifications:
*State-issued cosmetology license. *Proficiency in Highlights, Balayage, Cutting, Blowouts, and Styling. *Strong client service and communication skills. *Ability to work independently and as part of a team. *Demonstrated punctuality and reliability. *Passion for staying current with industry trends.
